+- **Angry Customer**: Comes when you mess up their order. They aren't very strong, but they can leave a bad review.
+- **Inspector**: They will come to your kitchen to check if anything is dirty or not. If you have blood on your floor, they will drastically decrease your rating.
+- **Police**: If your rating hits zero, a group of police will come to pay you a visit. They are strong and will shoot you on sight. If you see them, you are screwed.
