Can you get the The Judgement?

I was looking at JEI for something then I stumbled upon The Judgement which I thought it was cool, but when I went to see if I can craft it, I wasn't able to do so I was wondering if there is a way to craft it or not?

No. It's a creative-only item, basically a weapon counterpart to the Heart of Creation. You may notice the two items share the same color scheme, that is no coincidence.
