I have created branch from the commit fe9b778, because it seems that latest commits in master do not compile. I can resolve conflicts since the code simply moved to markdownTocTools.ts, but I can not test it this way. |

Fixing Issue #43. Replace single RegExp for matching title, section number and title text with one that matches header and another that matches section number.
