No SPH variants of Mini, Pro_Mini and Pro_Mini_Clone

Add variants of the Mini, Pro_Mini, Pro_Mini_Clone which do not include their respective programming header pins. This gives users additional flexibility to decide whether they wish to route the programming header pins via their PCB or not.
