Refactor UI and enhance auto-start functionality

Redesigned the ConfigurationWindow UI with a modern look, adding reusable styles, improved layout, and new sections for "Startup," "Encryption," and "About TaskyPad." Updated the configuration button in MainWindow to match the new design.

Enhanced auto-start functionality:
- Changed `iniciarAuto` default to `true` in Config.cs.
- Added `ExecuteWinStart` to enable auto-start if configured.
- Updated ConfigService to invoke `ExecuteWinStart` on load.
- Replaced `AutoStartService` with a new implementation using the Windows Registry.

Added dynamic version display in ConfigurationWindow. Improved encryption feature visibility management. Updated assembly version to 1.0.7.
