Updated `TaskService.cs` to use dynamic paths for task storage and removed hardcoded directory logic. Introduced `TareasFilePath` for clarity.

Enhance notifications and task postponement support

Added support for displaying a custom app icon (`logo.ico`) in
Windows toast notifications and improved notification content
layout with new postpone buttons (1, 5, 10 minutes). Updated
`TaskService` to handle postpone actions and ensure robust UI
updates when `MainWindow` is null.

Modified `TaskyPad.csproj` to include `logo.ico`, remove unused
resources, increment assembly version to 1.0.4, and update the
target framework to `net9.0-windows10.0.19041.0`.

TaskyPad 1.0.3

Add "No notes" message and update version to 1.0.3

Added a `TextBlock` in `MainWindow.xaml` to display a message
when there are no notes. The message is styled and toggled
based on the presence of notes in `MainWindow.xaml.cs`.

Updated `AssemblyVersion` in `TaskyPad.csproj` from 1.0.2 to
1.0.3 to reflect the new feature. Minor structural changes
were also made to the project file.

Add update functionality with UI and version handling

Introduced a new "Update Version" button in the UI with custom styling and hover/click effects. The button dynamically displays when an update is available and allows users to download and apply updates.

Refactored `CheckVersion` to use a persistent `UpdateManager` instance and updated the `AddVersionAppUI` method to handle nullable `Version` objects. Added a `ButtonUpdateVersion_Click` event handler to manage the update process, including user confirmation and button state changes during the download.

Enhanced `UpdateManager` with a `ForceUpdate` method for downloading and applying updates, and added debug-mode support for simulating updates. Updated the project file to increment the assembly version to `1.0.2` and enable Windows Forms functionality.
