Hi all,
I've been trying to noise-correlate some of the ROIs, but I understand that glutamate clouds from the surrounding neuropil can contaminate ROI signals. I've tried to deal with this with cross-plane analysis (i.e. finding best pairs across DMD1 and DMD2 in terms of RF similarity, then seeing if they noise-correlate), but some of my most interesting findings are within-plane, so I'm hoping that the NWB files contain some sort of neuropil trace that will allow me to background-correct.
If not, does anyone have any advice on what alpha is best to apply as a flat correction? Many thanks in advance.
