Nevermind I found the solution in another post

mkdir -p ./themes/ wget https://github.com/vinceliuice/Fluent-gtk-theme/archive/refs/heads/master.zip -O ./themes/fluent-gtk-theme.zip unzip -q -o -O UTF-8 -d ./themes/ ./themes/fluent-gtk-theme.zip mv ./themes/Fluent-gtk-theme-master ./themes/fluent-gtk-theme

I saw AnduinOS 2 Beta is out. just compiled and installed it and it works ok at this moment
