Define a way to add custom icons to categories

Add a way to define Category icons based on the Category name. Perhaps it simply looks thru a folder of icons/categories/ and matches the icon it finds?

though for custom commands + their categories it should work as well so idk how that'd work. Ideally you can define the category icons without ever opening the blockflow folder

What I decided to do is to move everything icon/value editor related to its own theme, which complements editor theme aswell, so modifications to the editor theme itself should be done to that resource

Fix reverted by #140 ... Needs a new solution (maybe old solution was bugged due loading and applying a theme in a subclass?)
