Xampp Exception EAcessViolation (without user privileges)

Xampp produces an error message on shutdown, if not opened with administrator privileges.

To reproduce the error:

1. normally open xampp with 2 clicks.
2. close xampp
   BOOM!!!!
   Error message saying that it cannot create the xampp-control.ini file
   But that file already exists!
   Then new error appears:
   Exception EAcessViolation in module xampp-control.exe at 0025B292

I'm using windows 11 x64
Windows Report also show a crash report, i don't know if problem its in windows or not

Finally, I would like to say that this problem only appears if you login without administrator privileges.
If you click the right mouse button and click "run as administrator" xampp works without any error at the end

Thanks for posting it, in this case it would depend how you installed XAMPP and the installation directory itself. If you installed with Administrator privileges, you would need to use the control panel with Admin privileges as well.
