Revamped data processing, completed full workflow #42

This PR introduces the following changes:

Revamped data processing to have a much simpler flow, with less stageGroups as well.
Reworked BatchCard entirely to be more flexible to different batch stages and carry out different actions correspondingly as well.
Now, there are 5 main stages: Upload Pending, Processing (Batch.Stage.UNPROCESSED), Vetting, Integration, and Completed
Links to GroupView and ArtefactEditor in completed and vetting stages respectively
Ability to set/update name for batch when uploading artefacts
Added link to Data Import in Sidebar
Usage of batch preview image endpoint to render a preview images for batches
