When one agent is running, you can still watch it by eye.
When three, five, eight agents are running in parallel, the problem changes. You are no longer asking whether a terminal is moving. You are asking where your attention matters right now.
That is why I added Paneflow Rosetta.
Rosetta is an in-app surface at the top of the Paneflow window that turns scattered agent signals into readable state:
The point is not to add another notification. OS notifications are still useful, but they depend too much on the system, focus, settings, and they cannot carry a real cross-platform product interaction.
Rosetta lives inside Paneflow because Paneflow already owns the panes, workspaces, Agent threads, states, and focus targets.
When an agent is waiting, Rosetta can take you back to the right pane or the right thread. When everything is running, it stays compact. When a signal deserves your attention, it moves up to the right level.
This is the detail that changes the rhythm of local multi-agent work.
You stop scanning eight terminals to understand what is happening. You look at Rosetta, know where to step in, and get back to building.
Like the rest of Paneflow, Rosetta is built around a simple principle: agents stay visible, terminals stay real, and the human stays in control of when to take the wheel.
