I've done more hardware exploration lately, mostly making sense of the avalance of interrupts, the behavior of the two slaves that an ACE3 exposes to the bus, and the power-saving functionality. There's also an important correction to the existing documentation. The rest is rephrasing to hopefully make it easier to follow (even then manage your expectations, I'm not a very good technical writer).

I'm also moving the page to peripherals, since the ACE3 is certainly not part of the SoC.
