The bar at the top of the proxified pages can sometimes block page elements, especially menus made to stay at the top. This change makes the bar disappear when the user scrolls down the page and shows it again when scrolling up.
I tested this with a different file that has major styling changes but it's pretty simple and should work fine for the 'vanilla' php-proxy.
