what to do if i lost my backup codes for my sign in and accidentally deleted my authenticator?

I have used this authenticator app for my rockstar account but I had a storage problem so I transefered data and changed my ssd and then factory reset my laptop when I tried to sign into my account the authenticaor app was still active I tried contacting rockstar for account retrival but rock told me to contact my authenticator app provider so im here I cant find any backup codes links or qr codes to to enter into the authenticator app to get my code to sign i need to know if this account is recoverable in any way
