Include more payment method icons on the Order Received page for EPMs

Description

We would like to continue the work completed in #8897 by adding more payment method icons for EPMs to the Order Received page. This includes icons for the following payment methods.

• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Link

There should be icons available for all these payment methods already within the plugin, so these can be reused, and dark mode compatible icons should be used where appropriate and available.

Acceptance criteria

Icons for the payment methods linked above should appear on the following pages...

• Order Received page.
• Transactions page.
• Transaction details page.

Designs

CC @elizaan36, but please refer to existing designs in #8897 and #8650 for guidance.

Testing instructions

1. Complete checkout for product using any of aforementioned payment methods.
2. Notice payment method is described in text on Order Received page rather than by icon.

While working on this I noticed that we're already displaying card icons and last 4 for Google Pay and Apple Pay. Is that the expectation for those payment methods or did we expect to display Apply Pay and Google Pay logos as well? @pierorocca @FangedParakeet

We can improve Link here, by adding the Link logo to the Order Received page. Unfortunately, our current Link integration doesn't offer access to card brand or last 4 digits, so we would just be displaying the logo only, similar to APMs. Since Link offers non-card payments like Instant Bank Transfer, maybe this makes sense. It would be possible to gain access to card brand and last 4, but it would require refactoring our Link integration to the Link in with card integration.

@pierorocca Sounds fine re: pausing on GPay/Apple Pay. How do you feel about merging the Link fix in the image above though? Link is currently displaying "Cards" here since it's hitting a fallback, so displaying the Link logo is an improvement.
