I created a new avalonia.app, ran dotnet build, opened VS code, and then tried to activate the preview for MainWindow.axaml there were no errors in the output or notifications. The designer view just has the blue grid lines only.
After uninstalling the extension, restarting vscode, re-installing the extension, restarting vscode, I now see the "Welcome to Avalonia" in the preview window.
I'm on Linux running dotnet 8.0 (101) and VSCode 1.86.2.
What are some of the things I can investigate when these issues crop up? I don't want to do the uninstall and reinstall dance every time and I don't really know where to look for more clues as to what was going wrong there.
