Welcome to the Urja Documentation Hub ⚡

Urja (Sanskrit: ऊर्जा) — The Primal Energy of Creation.

Urja is not just another build tool. It is an AI-driven, Rust-accelerated orchestration engine designed to solve the complexity of modern web development. Whether you're building a lightweight React app or a massive Micro-Frontend monorepo, Urja provides the "energy" to make your builds faster, smarter, and more stable.

🌟 Why Urja?

In an era of fragmented tooling, Urja brings everything under a single, deterministic roof:

  • ⚡ Blazing Speed: Powered by Rust-native workers for heavy-duty I/O and hashing.
  • 🤖 AI Autonomy: A self-healing engine that learns to fix your build errors so you don't have to.
  • 🧩 Universal Soul: Version-agnostic framework adapters that work with what you have.
  • 🛡️ Governance-Ready: Built-in architectural boundaries to keep your codebase clean.

🗺️ Explore the Knowledge Base

To get the most out of Urja, explore our deep-dive documentation pages:

Go beyond the surface. Learn about our AI Healer, Universal Transformers, and high-concurrency execution strategy.

Understand the internal anatomy of the Urja engine—from the 10-stage build pipeline to the native Rust worker interface.

Master the live synchronization API. Learn how to update build contexts on-the-fly with enterprise-grade security.

See how we maintain 100% build parity between Linux, macOS, and Windows environments.

🚀 Getting Started

If you are new to the ecosystem, the fastest way to feel the energy is via our CLI:

# Initialize a new project
npx urja init

# Start the high-performance dev server
urja dev

# Build for production with AI optimization
urja build

🤝 Project Governance

Urja is currently in Phase H (Ecosystem Seeding). We are focused on stabilizing the core engine while allowing the community to build powerful adapters through our official Plugin Contract.

Status: v1.0.0-freeze (Governance Mode: Active)
