Missing segements in DraggableList

Describe the bug

When dragging a segment in DraggableList, the index/key changes, causing the segments to update wrong.

To reproduce

In the demo (https://axiscommunications.github.io/practical-react-components/#/components/draggablelist), mark the text of one of the segments (i.e. "1" or "2").

Drag the marked text to another location in the list.'
