This work extends on #4319 to work towards more efficient #4130.

The problem:
The ClientExecutionContext which extends the ViewDataOracle needs to have a AztecNode defined.

When fetching public state values, the usual implementation of storageRead is querying the node to figure out what the public value is. However, for the case of ClientExecutionContext there are currently no AztecNode to query. As a workaround #4319 used the getPublicDataTreeWitness to fetch a full witness and discard most of the values.

The solution:
Lay down the required plumbing for the AztecNode to be defined in the ClientExecutionContext so we can simply read it directly that way.

Hint / Comment:
Making the aztecNode be non-optional at ViewDataOracle should give you a good indicator on the direction. Consider other places where the ViewDataOracle is used to see how the values are passed in.

The way I am getting a hold of the public values through the oracle in here is an abomination. #4320 is created to fix this.

The way I am getting a hold of the public values through the oracle in here is an abomination. AztecProtocol#4320 is created to fix this.
