Description
Is your feature request related to a problem?
Once Workload identity federation goes GA, there will be no need to support MSI auth anymore. We can simplify the accelerator by removing it and be opinionated in our recommendation to use WIF.
Describe the solution you'd like
Remove all code and variables related to MSI auth support. We'll be keeping the self-hosted agents code as will be offering that as an alternative for private networking support.
The alternative is to keep and continue to maintain this option, but given we don't support this option for GitHub, it is makes sense to be consistent for Azure DevOps. It was only added initially as WIF was in private preview when the accelerator was first developed.
