TO Load all the data from Azure tenant, organizational account, which role should be assigned to it?

I used my account connect to CCO insights Infrastructure and Governance Dashboard.
My Account has a contributor role.

I noticed that Azure Advisor; Potential Cost Optimizations only pulls two rows, RBAC only pulls my details, instead of the whole organization and Azure Policies not all the policies are retrieved I did a comparison with Azure.

Which role should I be assigned in order to pull all the data?

From the table view I can see all the Display names listed, but the reports only pulls my name.
what could be blocking the rest of the data to show on the visual dax formula "Count mailnickname = distinctcount('RBAC Role Users and Groups'[mailNickname]) +0".
