Description

Improve azure-powershell - smoke-test from 3 perspectives:

  • Move key steps of smoke test to smoke-test-steps.yml as a template

  • Allow to update dotnet core version to get the latest powershell

  • Allow to do not specify the version of powershell. In this way, pipeline always gets the latest one to test.
