Changing Get-AzKeyVaultCertificate to Get-AzKeyVaultSecret

The command "Get-AzKeyVaultCertificate" results the Key Vault secret reference ID to be invalid. The correct command to be used is "Get-AzKeyVaultSecret". This has been verified in lab environment.
