This PR fixes a broken link in the README documentation for the Azure Event Hubs checkpoint store blob package. The reference link default_cred_ref was pointing to an outdated DefaultAzureCredential struct and has been updated to point to the correct DeveloperToolsCredential struct in the azure_identity documentation.
