Given how small this feature is (and it doesn't conflict with other uses) and rust's dead code elimination, it's not needed to hide this behind a feature flag.
As is, all but one of the internal dependents of
azure_storageset the featureaccounts.All but one of the external dependents do as well, including object_store, avml
