Auto-populate description for autoentities

When utilizing the new autoentities feature in version 2.0, it would be beneficial if the descriptions for entities and fields could be automatically populated from the database using the extended property MS_Description (or another source).

For manually added entities, this would also be helpful; however, in those cases, there is at least the option to include descriptions in the dab-config file.
