Know what your AI actually returns

  • Token spend ingestion: Claude Code and Codex usage from local logs, priced at API list rates (API-equivalent value); ~/.coding-ledger/pricing.json override; unknown models labeled, never inferred.
  • Outcome linking: cost per shipped commit, per-tool conversion, unconverted spend, monthly trends; scan --gh-prs records merged authored PRs.
  • Screen time: macOS Screen Time coding-app intervals persisted before Apple prunes them; explicit envelope formula total_involved(day) = max(human_evidence, shared_ai, screen) + independent_ai.
  • New commands: roi (with --set-subscription), today, license install/status.
  • Pro license: offline Ed25519-verified, honor-based, rendering-only; unlocks the dashboard ROI deep-dive and the 1200x1350 ROI share card.
  • Packaging: pipx install coding-ledger console script; python3 coding_ledger.py unchanged.

51 tests green. Privacy boundary unchanged: no prompts, responses, source code, or tool output stored.
