Integrate functions to generate spatial and matrix plots from the notebooks in

project_management/scripts/replicability_tests/ifs-nemo_experiments

(located in the ifs-nemo-experiments branch of the project management repository) within the spatial_plotand matrix_plot functions defined in src/pyhanami/utils/plot.py.

I implemented the general functions to generate spatial and matrix plots, along with some auxiliary functions related to plot styling.

They still need to be fully tested, especially when called from the DataDiagnostics() and ReplicabilityTest() classes.

I included special spatial plots with a stereographic projection for the sea ice concentration.
