Iteration Planning
Finalized tables are organized by Sprint number:
Each Task has an R# to show which Stories that task relates to, as certain tasks will help complete more than one story for this sprint.
Original User stories for reference:
- R6: As a general user when viewing the search results, I would like to follow a link to find more information about the item. (should include name and concept string?)
- R5: As a general user, when searching, I want a list of possible results sorted by relevance.
- R7: As a classifier, I want to be able to log in.

Extra Front end "tasks" that the front-end group made to keep track of which pages had been done:

We had set aside time for implementing the backend and integrating with the front-end. but it did take a little longer than expected, so sorting by relevancy (R7) did not happen. Actually, it was a bit misleading of a user story to include since the Story Map shows that we wanted to see a list of possible results, not in order of relevancy. Therefore, R7 is moved to Sprint 2 to be completed.
Original User stories for reference:
- R1: As a general user, I want to use the website’s search bar to search for items that can be found in art galleries, libraries, archives and museums on one website.
- R2: As a user, I want to be able to search regardless of the type of user I am.
- R3: As a general user, I want to be able to search for items by the terms provided by the administrator.
- R20: As an administrator, I want to create new accounts for classifiers to log in to.
- R23: As a general user, I want to change the order of my search terms to get different search results.

Original User stories for reference:
- R9: As a classifier, I want to classify the items found in my art gallery, library, archive or museum using one website
- R10: As a classifier, I want to be able to classify items using the classification scheme defined by administrator.
- R11: As a classifier, I want to be able to classify items using terms from a collection of allowed terms.
- R12: As a classifier, I want to add my new items from my art gallery, library, archive or museum to the website so they can be classified.
- R15: (partial): As an administrator of the website, I want to use the website to add, delete, rename, and order the terms used when classifying items.
- R5 (continuing): As a general user, when searching, I want a list of possible results sorted by relevance….
- R29: As a classifier when adding/editing/classifying a new GLAM object I want to be able to set the permission of the GLAM object to who can edit the information to either “Myself Only” or “Anyone in my GLAM”.
