Does OBS need to be open?

Yes.

Does Replay Buffer need to be running?

Yes.

Can I use another game?

Currently KovOBS is designed for Kovaak's.

Is it cross-platform?

Yes, provided OBS and the required tools are available.

Does it record continuously?

No. It uses OBS Replay Buffer and saves clips only when scenarios finish.
