[SOLVED] Recent support for PS5 + Pi Zero 2W

I'm curious if things work with the new Docker setup on PS5. I've used a Raspberry Pi Zero 2W this whole time, with 64-bit Raspberry Pi OS Lite.

Things seem to install just fine but the PS5 terminates the USB connection every time I get more than a few seconds into the game.

I'm not sure if I should file an issue until I hear more from others. Does PS5 support ANY setup as of late (e.g. on latest firmware)? If so, for example, if it's a Pi Zero W, why would one work and not the other?

Things I know don't solve the issue:

• Changing cables (USB, power, etc)
• Using aux power rather than letting PC power the Pi
• Using 32-bit Raspberry Pi OS Lite
• Checking out an old version of the code such as this commit and running it directly via node index.js
• Changing the order of plugging things in or turning them on (game, pi, server, web app)

Things I haven't tried yet:

• Flashing the exact version of Raspberry Pi OS in the description
• Using a Pi Zero W
• Trying it on another device like my PS4

It turns out the version of Raspberry Pi OS matters very much.
Trixie and Bookworm do NOT work with this USB gadget app.
Bullseye does.
