GPT 5.5 Support

I saw version 1.83.14 added GPT 5.5 support on azure, but the version is 2026-04-23. I'm attempting to deploy GPT 5.5 through azure, but the version is 2026-04-24, and all attempts to see if it will work result in:

litellm.BadRequestError: AzureException - API version not supported. Received Model Group=gpt-5.5
Available Model Group Fallbacks=None

Has anyone else run into this issue? I do not have the option for 2026-04-23.

You should check if the version discrepancy is noted in the change logs or any related issues on the GitHub repository for missed updates or fixes. The CHANGELOG.md in the repo might provide insights into compatibility updates for GPT 5.5 on Azure. You can also verify if there's an open issue in the issue tracker discussing a similar problem with version 2026-04-24.

Got it working by using the openai/v1 endpoint which doesn't need an api version.
