Not working with Nuxt 3 #37

Describe the bug
Not sure if this is Nuxt or Hyper Fetch related issue.
Importing the Client will results to default is not a constructor in Nuxt.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to hyperfetch-nuxt-demo
- See error on the preview
Expected behavior
No error should happen.
