Do NOT put an "objective" - Instead, make a tagline as the position you want to be 5. Do NOT put "junior" - just put "web developer" 6. Make a master copy with all the things - trim to a SINGLE PAGE for each application - "Selected" Experiences - "Relevant" Projects - etc - if needed, include unrelated experience that demonstrates desirable qualities - a side business - working in management - etc
