TICKET: COIN-6399
This pull request updates the feature set for Cardano ADA coins to include support for custody in Singapore, in addition to the existing Frankfurt support. The changes introduce a new constant for the combined feature set and apply it to both mainnet and testnet ADA coins.
Feature set updates for Cardano ADA:
ADA_FEATURES_WITH_FRANKFURT_AND_SINGAPOREincoinFeatures.tsto include both Frankfurt and Singapore custody support for ADA.allCoinsAndTokens.tsto use the newADA_FEATURES_WITH_FRANKFURT_AND_SINGAPOREconstant instead of the previous Frankfurt-only version. [1] [2]
