Improve inheritance hierarchy between Operand, LazyArray, LazyExpr #497
Description
Could get rid of repeated code and make sure add methods etc, present for e.g. LazyUDF by making LazyArray inherit from Operand. Need to improve init function of LazyExpr first though.
Currently LazyUDF + LazyUDF fails.
