Thanks so much for your interest in my Flatnotes-Enhanced fork! I’m really excited about the folder system feature too (and all the other features...;-).

I’m currently in the final stages of development and testing, and I expect to push the changes to my GitHub repo in the coming weeks. I’ll make sure to update everyone as soon as it’s ready—so stay tuned!
