Link to another note #313
Description
Current behavior
The ability to copy a note link and paste it into another note is missing.
Expected behavior
Behavior should match previous version of Boostnote. A user should be able to link to other notes.
Steps to reproduce
- Right click on existing note and "Copy note link" is missing.

- Version : 0.1.4
- OS Version and name : Windows 10
