Shogo-VR-1.1 Launcher Patch

This patch fixes the launcher for ShogoVR to hopefully be more reliable. This patch has made it work a bit more smoothly for me in my testing, could be different for others though. If the launcher does not properly launch the mod please refer to the troubleshooting segment of the README

SHA256 hash of ShogoVR-Setup.exe:
2f6e99d820ec5112d2625b6cd5ef1860cee319fc39e63b5e4ddc9c904b65860d

To verify, run the command certutil -hashfile ShogoVR-Setup.exe SHA256 in your terminal and compare with my SHA256 hash above. If it does not match, it is not the same file and you should not use it.
