Minor bug fixes and

  • Fixed handling of non-case-sensitive matching of categorical variable levels in observation data. If a user has defined the accepted levels of the fruitColor trait as Red and Blue but uploaded observation data with red and blue, these will be automatically case-corrected to the defined values by default. This behavior can be disabled.
  • Added handling of string NA values (NA, na, Na, N/A, and n/a) in numerical columns of retrieved observation datasets.
  • Added message() to note how many observation variables were present in a retrieved observations dataset.
  • Standardized how arguments are described in function docstrings.
  • Added a logo.
