Are there any plans to update nxbt for the Switch 2?

I've tried nxbt with the Switch 2, but alas it doesn't seem to work.
Switch 2 probably uses a different connection protocol.

Are there any plans to update nxbt for the Switch 2? nxbt2 perhaps?

NXBT is a virtual controller simulator. Since the Switch 2 is expected to be backward compatible with Switch 1 controllers, NXBT should work fine with Switch 2 (not confirmed yet though).

The main consideration after Switch 2's release will be whether to add support for simulating Switch 2 controllers. Given that the connection protocol may change from Classic Bluetooth (BR/EDR) to Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), significant code modifications might be required.

Perhaps someone with time and expertise could follow up on this research (e.g., by referencing dekuNukem's Nintendo Switch Reverse Engineering) and extend it to simulate Switch 2 controllers.
