Issue Form Block can't select Update or View

Hello,
When adding a Form Block linked to a plain internal Budibase table (no special columns, no relationships), the Create/Update/View type options appear duplicated and greyed out, forcing Create mode with no way to select Update or input a Row ID (screenshot attached).

Could this be caused by a MS SQL custom query datasource existing sources but not used anywhere in the app ? Why ?

How to solve it, to keep from block without Ejecting block.
