Form create new row in google sheets not working

I've successfully linked Google Sheets with Budibase. I created a form inside a data provider to provide the correct options for the picker items. I then added a submit button to validate the form and save the row (data source: form, table: spreadsheet, with matching columns and values).
Unfortunately, the submit button doesn't do anything in the frontend.
