Bug: Create new project not visible with alot of project options

Describe the bug
when we want add new task and click on add task button and try to create a new project in project drop down if you previously have many projects the +create new project... button goes out of the display and its not even scrollable so there is no way to click on +create new project button

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'http://localhost:5173/home'
2. Click on 'Add Task button and then click on select a project dropdown'
3. if you have alot of previous project options you will see that the +create new project is not visible it goes out of view and not even scrollable so there is no way to click it

Expected behavior
A user should be able to click +create new project button even if they have alot of previous project

Additional suggestion

+create new project button is in last after all the project options we should keep in on the top with no project option
