Add columns that indicate the period the report is for.

We can already generate daily reports but nothing in the report conveys the time period the report covers.

As outlined in the document by @knikolla , we need to add these columns:

Report Start Time
Report End Time
Generated At

@naved001 Nope. The invoincing repo currently doesn't do any strict validation (or any validation at all) on what columns the input CSVs should have. It will raise errors if certain columns are missing though.
