Receiver also has some error messsages... seems to be a lil bit tricks.

Your syntax is wrong. You need to specify a valid value after -m. Such as -m 1400. The way you have it now, you are essentially trying to use the IP address as an MTU value and that is wrong.

Hi, as Alan writes, the -m parameter requires as argument, the actual MTU size.

But you've found out another bug - %1$u is an improperly formatted string - it should have been actually:
MTU 192 seems to be too low, use "192!" to force.
where 192 is the first byte of the IP address. This part should be already fixed.
