Generic dataset for all `.tif` files without any specific structure

A new type of "dataset" is required that is generic and is capable of working on any single geospatial dataset file. Below are some ideas on the specifics:

--datatset -> refer to "generic-tif"
--dataset-dir -> refer to the directory containing the geospatial file (.tif)
--variable -> geospatial file name including 

The datasets that fit this category are:

• Iceland 2m DEM
• Hawaii 3m DEM
• Baker Creek 10m DEM
• St. Denis National Wildlife Area 1m DEM
• Wolf Creek 30m DEM
• Marmot Creek 8m DEM

And all other datasets having a similar nature.
