This fixes a bug in the
admin/metrics/applicationsend point that produces a 500-error.Fields were changed from
fhir_idto the use the internal_fhir_idto resolve in theRealCrosswalkManagerandSynthCrosswalkManagerqueryset filters.I also added a test for the Crosswalk synth/real query managers.
