Can a list item be linked to a scalar item?

The _atom_sites_ortho.wave_vector_seq_id_list data item is defined as a List that formally links to the _atom_site_Fourier_wave_vector.seq_id data item using the _name.linked_item_id attribute. I understand the semantics (all items in the list should come from the values of the looped item), but is this allowed/supported by DDLm?

After the merging of PR #30, _atom_sites_ortho.wave_vector_seq_id_list no longer formally link to _atom_site_Fourier_wave_vector.seq_id. I assume that linking from a scalar to a link using the _name.linked_item_id is not permitted as it is not done in any other dictionary.
